I ordered some PPE supplies for my business and was told they shipped but never received them. I contacted customer support who was to look into the matter and was told I’d receive a follow up upon investigation and or replacement of my items and was contacted nor have I received my items as of yet. Poor service and of course they’ve charged my account?? What is this a scam?

The prices are very reasonable. The quality of everything I have ordered has been very good. And most of the time the items arrive at my house with 4 days of ordering. Since I don't order a huge amount of things, and I usually order a few extras, I wait until I get an email from Allegro announcing a 24 hour flash sale with 10% off plus free shipping, or just free shipping, before ordering.

I ordered micropore surgical tape 1inc with canister,I told the lady twice,and what they send me micro foam tape,that is the the wrong order.I reordered again and hope so get it Wright,I will not pay for returning shipping,send me a returning label. I am very satisfied with the product and the promptness of the delivery. My only concern is the absurd packaging. The most recent package containing two catheters came in a box 8” deep, 12” wide and 24” long. To fill the massive empty space in the box they inserted 64 feet! of 15” wide brown paper. This shows gross environmental insensitivity. We cannot afford this.

My order didn’t ship as of 7/29 and I placed the order 7/26 (your customer service confirmed this). This is ridiculous.
