Matt (Cardiff office) made the experience of getting travel insurance easy and painless. Friendly, polite, and reassuring. Clear explanations, not pushy but kind and considerate, walking me through each step. From Matt, I received the best support and customer service I have had in a long time. I cut myself off during the payment stage and was panicking but he rang me straight back. Nothing was a problem. To me -He comes with wings and a halo - an Angel. Thank You for coming to my rescue!

Medical issues - no problem
Quote was easy to achieve despite medical conditions to enter. Have to say this was the easiest company to deal with for my medical issues for which I thank them. Levels of cover very easy to understand. Payment method easy. Would highly recommend.
