Matt (Cardiff office) made the experience of getting travel insurance easy and painless. Friendly, polite, and reassuring. Clear explanations, not pushy but kind and considerate, walking me through each step. From Matt, I received the best support and customer service I have had in a long time. I cut myself off during the payment stage and was panicking but he rang me straight back. Nothing was a problem. To me -He comes with wings and a halo - an Angel. Thank You for coming to my rescue!

Everything was explained clearly there was no rush and no hard sale. We were delighted with the service the cover and the cost. We got a multi trip policy for almost the cost of a single trip.
