Buying travel insurance from All Clear…

Buying travel insurance from All Clear was a great experience. I was concerned about whether I would fall foul of one of the general conditions in their policies but found that the salesperson, Gary P, was patient and thorough in disentangling the possible complication I was anxious about. He was helpful and reassuring - so important when travelling long distance and wary of stories of folks being denied their claims. Where I showed my confusion GaryP checked with his manager to reassure me. Whist I am generally fit and healthy he took the time to ensure I was confident in the product I was buying. Well done GaryP and if this is the way the whole company operates then I can understand why Which? rates them so highly ( and the Which? endorsement was what attracted me to them in the first place).

To have a pleasant and patient person listen to you when you have to take time to answer questions makes it so much easier to make your decision to purchase your insurance …..

Spoke to a Tracy Edwards, Policy arranged in ten minutes who was very…

Spoke to a Tracy Edwards who was very helpful and explained all the benefits and what ailments to declare, explained the process and I received all the documents within minutes. Having spent over two hours the previous day looking at options, this phone call allowed me to arrange policy in less than 10 minutes with the knowledge I had declared every thing and was fully covered.

Excellent customer service

I phoned with an enquiry about my policy and to amend contact details. The advisor (whose name I can't remember I'm afraid) answered the call very promptly (no message about how important my call is!) She was knowledgeable and efficient and I wish all calls to large companies could be like this!!

Holiday insurance

I called today to arrange cover for our holiday. I was concerned that it might be difficult to arrange but I spoke to an advisor called Ada who was extremely helpful, clear and reassuring. She made it seem so straight forward and easy.
