I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

What a stunning experience with Fed at Adhoc property. She did a wonderful job in finding the property for our urgent occupancy within 10 days. All the paper works and agreement copies are done within a week and happily moved to a good house as per the request.
