Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I used Adhoc for just under one year while studying for my Masters. I lived in Liverpool City Centre and the service I received from the company was great, especially Ellie who works at the Liverpool site, very friendly! It was a great service that provided cheap rent as a guardian.

I needed some accommodation at short notice when I found myself working away from home. I found Ad Hoc to be very professional and organized. I dealt with Rob Cross who made the process very easy and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have twice been a guardian with Ad Hoc property Ltd, and I have been very impressed with how the operate. For me personally, I have benefitted a lot in terms of paying very reasonable rent, with very comfortable accommodations. Being with Adhoc has given me the platform to save money to obtain my own property, something I could not have done with out being in an accommodation with Adhoc. The agents are also very helpful and friendly and proactive, especially Ellie Esan, I can not praise her professionalism enough. All in all, a very good company to go with if you thinking of saving money and living comfortably.

Been in the Taunton Old Police Station building about 6 Month. I work long nights, come home to sleep and eat, this works perfect for me. Also means I got cheap accomodation and able to save. No bills to pay and cheap rent, makes a huge difference .If you keep to yourself , don't interfer in others stuff and clean your own mess up, it will work perfect for you. If your big on sharing your music and your mum cleaning up after you, it won't. Support from Trinia (site manager) has been excellent, with any issues being dealt with immediately, she's very approachable and listens.

I've been a guardian on and off for some years now, and it's really worked for me. The low cost involved means I am able to save, instead of spending on endless bills. It's a great characterful building in a nice area, and with great people like Rory and Paul always efficient and helpful only a phone call away should you need them. I'm very happy with Ad Hoc.

I found the staff at the Bristol office friendly approachable and helpful. They've responded to any concerns I had as a property guardian promptly and well. The induction was professionally conducted and I could move in quickly which worked for my new job. The rent is low which is a plus for anybody looking for their first place to rent. Big thanks to Rory and Trina for their help moving in and Mark for fixing any and all problems in my property!

I would like to thank Hasnat for his hard work. He made the process of me leaving my guardianship very easy. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls, he tends to reply within the hour or call back immediately. Nothing is a bother to him and he is very proactive in sorting out problems. The Ad Hoc staff are just great and friendly. Issues are sorted out promptly. The building is great, a lot of local memories. A big bath is brill and everybody seems to get on. Cleanliness can be all issue if one person stays below the standard.

Im new ad hoc, i have been looked after realy well and with total professionalism. Iv been treated like an individual with my own need met especially in this difficult time to move juring this current climate. Communication has been constant and I'm really enjoying m and y stay.
