Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

I am not even finished unpacking but I just had to tell the world just how over the moon I am with my new living space. The team (Ellie and Rob) have been more than helpful and even worked with my busy schedule for a move in date. Quick to reply and friendly / easy going I wouldn't say I've seen this kind of a deal ever be so delightfully rewarding. I can't recommend this company enough.

Time wasters. I spoke on the telephone with them regarding a room they were letting in a residential property between Weymouth and Dorchester. She asked me all kinds of personal questions, which is fine, but they would not answer many of my questions about the house, company or the agreement. She then said it was going nowhere and hang-up, even though I met all of their requirements, was able to move very soon, and was still interested in the room. Bloody time wasters.

I was a guardian with ad-hoc 2 years ago. I had a positive experience but was very gutted when the landlord requested the property back. I have become a gardian again with ad-hoc this week. Positive start. Hasnat has been very helpful. He has been in touch regularly to make sure that everything is going well and a few practical details were dealt with efficiently! I would recommend people becoming guardians with ad-hoc!
