Came back from work and resting in my new wonderful home. I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

Incredible through out the process. Victoria from Adhoc Peterborough made moving a breeze, from arranging a viewing at a suitable time to handing over the keys. She's provided clear and concise information at every step keeping me updated regularly. Couldn't have asked for better service during a stressful time.
Victoria from the Peterborough team I believe is an absolute god send! She has been so helpful in helping me finally get into my very own place where I have had to move to for work and has gone above and beyond to help show me how to get things sorted such as my bills since I’ve never done them before. The flat itself is what used to be residential retirement flats, all decorated differently, to which Victoria helped me find one to suit my taste. I am beyond impressed and plan on staying here as long as possible. Can not commend Victoria or recommend enough :)
I moved into a property in Grantham about a month ago. The whole process was very quick and easy and the property is absolutely amazing and cheap! I feel like I'm still waiting for "the catch" but it never seems to come. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested. Ad Hoc are always just at the end of the phone if needed and seem to take a lot of pride in their properties. Deserved 5*
Hasnet was very professional and extremely helpful. He really went the 'extra mile'to help, as and when required, anything from first point of sign up for Guardianship property. Also, available to answer and any further questions, quick to make a callback on any moving issues. Also, report any fault like missing door lock or a window that's jammed to hallway lights not working. Hasnet is professional and a genuinely friendly and approachable person who treats you as his equal.
I have been a guardian for nearly 3 years now, and have experience with other guardianship schemes. Adhoc have made things really easy to get settled, and it has been a very fair and professional service throughout. Definitely my best experience out of all guardian schemes so far. Hasnat has been brilliant the whole way through, and has dealt with the entire process very thoroughly. All round really happy with my decision to join Ad hoc.
Moved in to an AD HOC property a few months ago due to personal and work reasons. Where I stay the property is nice and peaceful! The staff I deal with are always more than helpful and understanding. Ellie who works in the head office and answers the phones is Great. Lovely woman who makes things extremely easy and hassle free. Thanks for all you're help and understanding. X
