I can’t rate Daryl enough for the experience he’s given me, he’s made it so easy to move here. Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum.

I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout.
Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated.
Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive.
There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people.
Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

My experience with AdHok and it'd representative has not been in any way professional or fare.
I'm a guardian of 2 years and 7 months of a listed Georgian building in Hull, East Yorkshire.
In those 2 years 7 months I've taken on the role fire warden for the building. I provided cleaning equipment and supplies. I have also provided a washing machine for other guardians and had to do maintenance to plumbing.
In February of 2021 I was taken seriously ill and was diagnosed with heart disease and in the July I underwent a quadruple heart by-pass. And I am also awaiting spinal surgery for a protruding disc.
This resulted in my funds suffering and I fell behind, as I was unable to work.
I was given time to catch up and am very much appreciative of that respite.
This however meant I had to reduce the things I was doing in the building.
I then experienced ignorance and complacency of required repairs and maintenance of the building.
I have since been threatened with eviction on 2 occasions with false accusation and warnings to stop reporting repairs and complaints. And also told with my recent disability diagnosis I could no longer be a guardian.
I am now seeking property with the council.
I was given til March 1st to vacate in in December 2021 after negotiations to extend from the 1st January 2022 from a 3rd false accusation.
I have not yet received any help from the council and I requested a further extension to my vacating the property.
Ad Hok have refused.
Hasnat was a great help and settled any nerves I had. He had constant communication and made sure he was always reachable if there were any concerns. Any issues there were, e.g my tap issue, he was more than ready to find a solution. Always remained professional and checked the property with me to make sure everything was working as it should. Made the transition transparent and to the point. Thank you!
They have fantastic communication and take the time to listen to your needs before advising you on the best course of action. They also have excellent ground staff.
My partner and I have been renting through Adhoc(Bristol) for 7 months and could not praise the team highly enough. We want to especially thank Trina Lewis for going above and beyond to accommodate us. We have been well looked after and feel happy and settled in our new home. Thank you.

I have stayed in 2 properties for a total of approximately two and a half years. Building is safe clean and well maintained.Ither guardians are friendly and respectful. Trina Lewis has been my first point of contact and manager for the buildings. She has been very helpful and approachable. Keeping myself( and the other guardians) updated and informed of anything pertaining to the guardians, new guardians welcomes etc, and building.
Would not hesitate to use again and would certainly recommend. Excellent!
