Moving from Norwich was difficult finding somewhere, and it was a really smooth seamless process. Being from Heaton from where I came from and being able to locate me next to my mum. I've been in touch with Ad Hoc for a while now, both Claire and Aaron have been great throughout. Claire was super helpful in answering all my questions (and there were a lot!) and kept me updated even when things weren’t 100% confirmed yet. She was honest about what they could and couldn’t provide, which I really appreciated. Aaron reached out to me about a new place and was quick to follow up with details. It was nice to deal with someone straightforward and responsive. There were a couple of delays earlier on, but Claire took the time to explain what happened and made sure things were handled better moving forward. That really showed me they cared about doing right by people. Overall, both Claire and Aaron were professional, down-to-earth, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about trying property guardianship with Ad Hoc.

First time as a property Guardian and from initial start, viewing and agreeing terms and conditions, the whole experience was 1st class. Daryl P. was friendly and answered any questions I had and was able to find the answers for me if he didn’t know off by hand. Highly recommend this service as an alternative to mainstream renting from estate agents.

Just ended an 9 month stay at the former King Ina school in Somerton, Somerset. A massive personal thanks to Trina for her help in suggesting the property and assisting me in viewing. The flexibility of a guardianship has worked perfectly for me as I recently bought a property that needed renovation so wanted somewhere to return to each evening while extensive work took place. Both Trina and Claire were a joy to liaise with and I can recommend Ad Hoc for anyone looking for flexible and affordable living.

Rebekah does an amazing job of managing the property and keeping residents happy and heard, problems are always addressed as quickly as possible and the communication is clear and kind. As a queer person it can be stressful finding properties and the no-questions-asked acceptance towards my presentation has made me feel extremely safe and comfortable with Ad-Hoc. By far the best property manager I have ever had. :)
