Sent me some trousers that were 3 sizes smaller than I ordered, sent them back for refund, 11 days later no refund, emailed them to be told oh sorry it failed, we'll send it again, it will be with you in 5-7 days, so nearly 3 week for a refund!!

Lisa was a delight and tracked down the items within hours. I had a callback and email to confirm the correction and have just received the package.
