Unexpected Call… Great Result

The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Boiler Leaking water.

Next day response and morning visit. Engineer texted with arrival time. Part required not in van and engineer phoned for nearest location and was back within the hour. Fault resolved well before lunch time.Thanks to engineer. Happy customer.
