The call initially came out of the Blue late evening as I was looking at and comparing the quote with my existing cover. The agent was able to put me at my ease by providing evidence of his authenticity. He outlined in a little more detail the main benefits and answered my questions making sure I understood

Poor service. Was with them a year, had no call outs. Had an email to book my service with them, apparently no appointments for the next 2 years....... Got my renewal and cancelled it which was hard work due to they kept "speaking to there manager" to get a better price which I lost count of how many times I told them I'm not interested. Now all I get at least once a week is an email and text saying I've cancelled my direct debit and to click the link to reinstate...... No thanks and delete. AVOID!!!!!

Still taking d/debits despite cancelling the policy at least two/ three months ago and speaking to a person why i'm leaving. Called them and they come up with an excuse that I had auto-renewed. How can you prove that you haven't and how can they prove that I had. Bloody stalemate, but I know that I haven't !! I can only assume that it's a scam by them until you call again or cancel tha D/Debit on your bank account. Not had my money back and spoke to a 'supervisor' there. Wish there is someone to report them to. I must say that apart from this they have been superb for years, but I won't ever use them again

The heating engineer, Liam Monaghan, called me prior to my appointment to let me know he'd be with me within the hour, giving me time to prepare for his visit. Liam was true to his word, arriving within the hour, as promised, and he was very friendly and polite. He serviced my boiler and added inhibitor to my radiators. He also checked the CO detector in my kitchen. He was very tidy, and I was very happy with his work.
