The rep ( Amy? ) I forget her name.. Top notch.. I had no idea there were like a gazillion different catheters our there.

Have been a customer for several years and have never had a late delivery. I move between Ohio and Florida and 180 Medical has been consistent with address change accommodations, even split delivery quantities when necessary. Very courteous staff as well! I always feel like a valued customer!!

The medical supply are always here on time. The customer service is very friendly and resolve any issues I had when I was first getting the supplies and did not know how many I would use in a month. 180 is light years ahead of my previous supplier. Cannot think of anything negative; plenty of positive. Ideal to work with. One improvement: ability to amend the list of products to send each month without having to call.
