I have been using this company since Feb of 2022. I had to have my bladder removed for cancer and artificial bladder made out of bowel. I use the catheters that are provided thru this company. They arrive well packaged and on time. I have never had a problem with any part of their service. Thank you.
180 Medical has been excellent. I order urinary catheters from the company which they ship to my home on a monthly basis. They send me emails to remind me to place and order so I do not run out of these. They ship free in a timely manner. Once when I was out of town and failed to place the order because I did not see the reminder email, I contacted them by phone and they sent out the order within just a few days so I would not run out of catheters.
I am so grateful I found this company for my husband's ostomy supplies. They always stay in touch and they work with me when the doctor is slow in responding. I'm just very grateful to all of you.

I have been using this company for three years for my catheters. Great selection and ALWAYS delivers monthly on time! They also have an app. that you can download onto your phone to edit and make changes to your order, as needed. Super appreciative!

Outstanding customer service! There are times of the year when Holidays and weekends interfere with 180 being able to ship on time sometimes caused by insurance restrictions. Yesterday, as always, 180 delivered my supplies on time and well secured in the packaging. Reordering is simple and only takes minutes. If I have a question or need, I can call and easily get to a person for help. This is a wonderful business to deal with.
You can't order when you want to, they want you to order when they want you to. They call everyday to refill but when your ready its a hassle. How about a link to order online when the customer is ready? Now that would be brillant.
