My supplies are always on time which I appreciate. For many of us catheters are an integral part of our lives. 180 Medical always ensures that I have exactly what I need.

My deliveries are always there as promised, on time, exact quantity, and the product is splendid. No pain, no aggravation and completely emptying my bladder. I can sleep through the night, every night.

I get my supplies on time all the time. I have had to change my order a couple times and their customer service was excellent and took care of everything with curticy and professionally.

I’ve had issues in the past getting thing I don’t use and haven’t ordered and made it known. Then again, the order they wanted me to confirm so again, I called. After being passed around, Hilda took my call, she listened and she did a great job assisting me and addressing my concerns. She even told me about a web site that was very helpful. ( With my past issues over the last 2+ years- no one ever told me it existed) I really appreciate what Hilda did and thanks to her, I will continue to be a customer. As I told her, my frustration was to the point of moving my business elsewhere and/or continue to buy from Amazon what I wasn’t getting from 1800! She deserves recognition!! Bill Hartwig

The system is easy, the people are helpful and friendly. I can't remember the date of experience. I will skip that or just opt out of the review.

Good selection of different types of catheters. They made it easy to try different kinds to see which one I preferred. Easy to reorder when my supply is running low.

Consistent with refills on time

Catheters arrive when I expect them. Minor issues are easily resolved with a quick phone call.
