Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars..!
If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

A brazen but very clever rip-off IMHO
This is a brazen rip-off and I'm not sure how the DVLA have got involved. I was renewing my car tax on-line and somehow got directed to this ww1.vehicleinformation.uk site, who seemed to have all my details and who, entirely unknown to me, seemed to have set up a monthly direct debit without my knowledge. Hopefully I've cancelled the direct debit but please beware. This is clearly NOT a legitimate DVLA site.

I have no idea how I signed up for this. I was just trying to tax my motorbike last month. Then today I saw that some one had taken £7 and some pence out of my account. I checked with my bank and still didn't recognise the company. So I googled them and found I'm far from the 1st person this has happened to. They may have a function Website. But they are tricking people definitely. To get money out of them. All these people aren't wrong. I'm usually careful so I must have thought it was the dvla clearly they aren't. I will be cancelling my direct debit immediately

Easy to use. But I wasn't happy about being seamlessly directed from gov.uk site to vehicle information.uk site. It asked for payment information which is easily confusing when you go on to gov.uk expecting to pay your vehicle tax online. Then it's not clear that you still haven't paid your tax! Equally culperable is the gov.uk tax payment portal, who have clearly bought into this diversion. Both sites need to be much more explicit about exactly what is happening. I'm good with IT and intelligent enough, and it was misleading.

Horrible scam, went to pay for my car tax and for some unknown reason these people accessed my credit card and have taken 3 months of £7.95 out of my account. Nationwide very good, knew this was a known scam.

I went online to pay my car tax and has far as I was aware that was the site I was on only when I realised I hadn’t been asked for the V11 number did I realise this was a scam site since then I have been charged 2 amounts of £7.95 and a 50p fee I. Less than a month after speaking with the bank they advised me what to do and stopped any future payments being taken. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask

I am not sure how I got involved with this vehicle information uk. but i certainly wasnt told that my credit card would be used to take £7.95 a month. I have never needed this site and do not wish to continue with it. I am not sure how much they have had from my card. but I have found it almost impossible to contact them.
