Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.
very easy to complete
If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Avoid at all cost. My wife bought car tax through this company thinking it was government website. I have been charged £7.95 per month and only noticed it after 12 months. I have written a complaint and have been refunded for only 4 months. Avoid this doggy, scam company
Ive just realised I have a monthly payment being taken out of an account I only use for occasionally. I hadn't realised also was a monthly commitment.I cant see how I can cancel this ?
Totally agree with the review re: being automatically re-directed from the government website. I ended up paying for this site thinking I was paying my car tax. In a world full of scams this is very unnerving. I am amazed that a government website is directing you to an external website that asks for your bank details
Total rip-off never singed up for it on gowing £7.95 a month for so.e thing I have never used
I’ve just been charged £7.95 from my account from vehicle information and I’ve no idea why. Can you supply company details to contact you to clarify this? Following day, I add to the above that I’ve managed to close the account and monthly charge, both of which I didn’t realise that I’d set up. None of this feels right as all I did was to go on the DVLA website to check my car’s details. This was redirected and without warning an account and monthly charge appears to be set up. If this is not dodgy, it’s not good transparent practice.
Basically exactly the same as the review below, hence copying the statement but adding a few extras. Not happy about being directed from gov.uk site to vehicle information.uk site. It asked for payment information which is easily confusing when you go on to gov.uk expecting to pay your vehicle tax online. Then it's not clear that you still haven't paid your tax! Equally culperable is the gov.uk tax payment portal, who have clearly bought into this diversion. Both sites need to be much more explicit about exactly what is happening, very disappointed that .Gov website allows this to happen, they need a security check to stop Trojans. I'm good with IT and intelligent enough, and it was deliberately misleading, only when you see the £7.95 coming out of your bank account each month do you realise what has happened.
I did not knowingly click on this whilst trying to renew my tax in a rush one morning. Have just found out that not only was the tax not renewed but that there's been 2 lots of £7.95 and the 50p over the last couple of months whilst my car hasn't been taxed. How are the DVLA ever associated with such a company? I thought I was tech savvy but this has been a steep learning curve and not looking forward to having to ring the DVLA to find sort out the missing month's tax I can't do on the website. I encourage everyone to triple check everything on the DVLA website.
Not sure how this company operates- my husband went onto dvla website link to pay his road tax- to receive a final reminder of not paying tax today and on checking bank account, seen that 2 charges from this company instead 😡 seems very much like a scam. Spoke to company and advisor who was American basically justified them taking money as said website is clear, but when you under impression you are paying your road tax, it’s clearly scamming people.
