Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

WARNING! Misleading website
WARNING! This company's website is misleading. When searching for the government vehicle tax renewal site this company's website appears at top of the list with the heading"UK Vehicle Tax Online". As such, you may think that you are renewing and paying for your vehicle tax when, in fact, you are subscribing to a vehicle information service. There was no information provided about charges for the service, or indeed what service it is they provide, until after they have taken your payment. This is extremely devious on their part.

Like an idiot I signed up to this when…
Like an idiot I signed up to this when I thought I was taxing my vehicle. One 50p payment then the next day a £7.95 payment later I twigged what had happened. Immediately emailed vehicle information to cancel my ‘subscription’ within the 30 day period quoted in the T&C’s which advises that such cancellation will generate a refund of payments. Not surprisingly I’ve heard nothing back from them. Time for another email and a phone call - I wonder if anyone will reply?
