Be very careful with this company, wanted to check when my MOT was due, somehow managed to get onto this site. I now find that they are taking £7.95 a month out of my account. This is definitely scam country.

If I could give them ZERO stars - I would! I'm another deceived person to add to the queue of people here. We clicked on what we thought was a link to tax a car and then got this sh*t! Very deceitful way of marketing themselves as a government website for car tax. Got charged £7.95 for some BS subscription. They would not budge and stated their system is very clearly....very clearly meant to deceive more like! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

To start I had no idea I had signed a contract with this company and have now become aware that after receiving notice that my account was closed, I have still had money taken from my bank.

Beware: vehicle information took money from my account
Three months ago I paid my car tax online, and noticed this new “assistance” on the DLVA website, but paid no attention. I was surprised therefore to see they had taken £7:95 from my account the following month. I have suffered the online equivalent of being pickpocketed (when a rogue takes your money without you noticing). I want to cancel whatever ‘agreement’ gives them this permission, but don’t know how, but am worried that vehicle information will charge me again if I try to contact them.

I’m really concerned about something unsubscribed expenses
I’m really concerned about something that happened. I went to check my expenses and found that I have been charged £7.95 deducted for the last 3 months that I didn’t sign up for. How on earth did this happen? I just logged into the government site to pay the annual tax! Seems like a lack of information on the website and a clever way to take money from customers. This is really worrying.
