Another cruise booked through Mo and as usual, his personal attention was excellent. He always does his best to get us the best deal but when he can't compete, he's honest enough to say so. He's a credit to the company and during these times, when good service is rare, he's up there with the best.

This is the 4th cruise I have booked through Worldwide Cruises and Eddie. Again wouldn't go anywhere else. Eddie provides an excellent service, the quote we got was clearly laid out, with all the different options. Quick with responses to emails and on your side trying to get you best best deal.

Some good reviews but sharp marketing practices
I have read some really good reviews of this company and responded to an email they sent me about within 3 hours of it being received concerning a cruise to Japan. I asked for the holiday to be extended by a couple of days which was not an issue but when I got the quote the drinks and WiFi package were not included. Which they were in The advert. I queried this under the trade description act and was informed that it was a limited offer and the small print means they can change the price whenever they choose. So tough luck. I told them I would highlight this practise as a marketing ploy as I had responded in such a short time it was highly unlikely a real offer really existed. Needless to say they are now consigned to my spam folder.
