Booking experience was easy and informative.

This was very simple from viewing the cruise we wanted and making contact. Eddie responded immediately to our request. In addition to email he also phoned to see if there were any queries we wanted clarification on. Every query or question we had he responded immediately and was quick to assist on flights from an alternative departure point. We were very happy with the speed and professionalism of Eddie. This is our first time visiting Asia and he's made the hesitation of booking the unknown very comfortable. Thank you Eddie.

Absolutely 5* service from Worldwide Cruises ... been dealing with this company for 3 years now.. booked 4 cruises & always been so helpful and knowledgeable.. very quick to respond when I ask questions .. & I ask a lot 😊😊 Would recommend this company to anyone & our sales expert Eddie is amazing .. thank you Eddie!! You are a credit to the company

The advisor (Jessica) was polite

The advisor (Jessica) was polite, helpful, patient and thorough. This was the first time we'd used World-wide Cruises - in fact the first cruise that we have booked! If the cruise is as successful as discussing the arrangements and making the booking were, we'll be happy!

Be warned

Be warned, they will not refund your deposit for ANY reason no matter how genuine and even when you paid over the odds deposit in the first place. In Aug 2018 We paid £1300 deposit on a £5k holiday to depart in Oct this year. In Feb 2019, we had to cancel the trip due to unforeseen major construction works on our building which forces us to completely vacate our home in October and so would be unable to take this vacation. Despite requesting at least a partial refund of the deposit paid, given that we had agreed to pay over the odds to leave an even amount as a balance, Worldwide cruises refused. Yet with some 8 months still outstanding before departure this trip will have easily been re-sold to another traveller. Its not something covered by travel insurance either. So they have £1300 of our money for absolutely nothing other than an email response.
