We used a gentleman call Alex, he's professionalism was and is outstanding, we had to cancel a cruise 2 years ago and put the deposit on a recent cruise this year, we were very suspect about the amount of bookings required on our behalf , for the cruise, the taxis, the hotels and the flights as there was so much that could have gone wrong. nothing did and it all ran smoothly .
