I have never encountered such poor service. Customer service - terrible. Employees are very unwilling to help solve the problem, constantly redirecting to other departments. They do not adhere to established deadlines and threaten that if additional fees are not paid within a very short time after receiving their email, they will destroy the packages. I definitely do not recommend using their services.

Disgraceful, shamefful,money taking service wih no experienced, rude customer service. Been told to pay extra fees when collected parcel.Everything was prepaid,parcel was perfectly fine with stuff I mentioned, so they still asked to pay double price of parcel when collected saying its government extra fees which wasnt!!! Scam and shameful service, Disgraceful ppl on email as phone wasn't working at all. Never again!Clearly says extra fees from upc bot government fees,stop twisting cat tail and face this I have last invoice, there was not even attempt to help regardless from your service at all!

Sent a parcel to France. Easy service to use, notified of parcel progress along the way. Parcel arrived safely and in good time.

The cost to send documents to the US was reasonable. They were picked up on time and delivered within 3 days. I was able to track my documents and see when it had been delivered . I would definitely use their services again

Even though our parcel did not get delivered ( through no fault of WPS), I felt they tried their very best to resolve our problem. Would recommend on that basis.

We have used Worldwide parcel before, and don't remember the listing of goods being so indepth but the overall experience was fast, efficient and reliable. Our parcel, which we sent to Switzerland, didn't take long and everything was intact. We will definitely use Worldwide Parcel again.

Avoid this company at all costs, they will keep your money and will never respond to your emails. I have all type of evidences to support this negative feedback. Avoid this company, you don’t want to be scammed by them.

****DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS**** DO NOT USE UPS IF SHIPPING TO THE PHILIPPINES!!. YOUR BOX will end up in a warehouse and held for a *RANDSOM* and even when you pay it you still may never see you're items again. This company is taking huge profits from doing this. Many people's items have gone (mysteriously missing) DO NOT SEND SMART PHONES OR WATCHES.... it dose not matter how well you package your goods. The locals in the warehouse will claim they have to *destroy* the parcel... When in reality the parcel is NOT destroyed .. it is opened and the items are STOLEN and sold for profit or personal use. Evidence of this has been proved from hiding smart tags in places in the box and on items where the theifs cannot see them on certain items... when the items have been tracked on GPS they have ended up in markets and second hand shops. Do not trust this company.... find another way... somehow. Just stay away from this one. ***NICE REPLY UPDATE*** PROFESSIONAL REPOSNCE YOU GOT THERE MATE. LITTLE WEASEL KEYBOARD WARRIOR YOU ARE. Although the delivery address was correct it still took 10 days to deliver the parcel to Sri Lanka when it was advertised as 3 days. The Sri Lankan agent was notified 3 times by the person receiving the parcel but on each occasion the additional information was not added to the instructions.

Best service ever. Been sending parcels to my son in USA for 22 years with various other companies. Sometimes problematic with delays and losses. No issues , no delays,no excuses. Just great service. What they say is what you get. Well done !!

1-No phone nr. 2-answers email very slow and takes very long tillits being able to track

No five star as there was some delay. Driver said he did not need 3 +1 copies of paperwork but I insisted he took them. Service ok but in the past has been excellent ( different carriers ?)

Still the same service,but the prices have gone up a lot
