The website was easy to use and everything was very clear. I needed help with a customs invoice and customer service was excellent. The package arrived in good time and in perfect condition.

I’ve used this company several times to send parcels to my family in Australia and I have no complaint whatsoever. I always use their own which is usually DHL. They pick up from my home and I can track it to the destination for a reasonable cost. This parcel was picked up on Friday 5 Nov and delivered on Wednesday 10 Nov. Absolutely brilliant!! Keep up the good work :)

Parcel arrived very quickly however it had been opened and repacked without an explanation. It was a Christmas present and arrived minus the brown paper. Would have liked to know why. Apart from that good tracking.

Excellent service would highly recommend these people, this is the 2nd time we have used them. We had a problem with the pick up but the van breaking down can't be helped, then the next day pick up but once I got onto worldwide the girl was so helpfully and next day it was collected (5thnov) it arrived in new Zealand 10th Nov. Will be defiantly be using again
