Not only were fees not clearly disclosed, but customer service was cold and unhelpful when I raised the concern. No proactive update on a delayed parcel. I was told either to pay or have my parcel destroyed — no real support was given.

Everything went smoothly, parcel from England with UPS arrived in Poland in 4 days. I received all relevant documents from worldwide parcel on time.
After using numerous other couriers I will only ever use this courier. I cannot say anything but 100% recommend them. They have a superb service Inc customer services thank you Teresa you are always there to help me. I send parcels to family in New Zealand as well as around the UK. They are fast and tracking is excellent too. 👌

My regular parcel to Michigan was, as is normal, delivered in just over 48 hours from door to door. The price is also unbeatable. Excellent service.
My parcel was lost …. No apology and then tried to charge me saying the box wasn’t the right size when the size was printed on the actual box …. Then they said I couldn’t use their service anymore because I complained …. I’ve used them for 8 years and never a bother but complain about how they lost my parcel and they go off on one !!!!! Disgraceful treatment from them
