worst customer service ever!  I was promised a plaque in six weeks from the approval date of Sept 2nd.   It has now been 8 weeks (October 20) and if i'm lucky it shows up next week (October 25)?!  The only communication from this company was when I called them.. not once did they send me a status on my order. This kind of service makes my commitments look bad and gets people angry at me.  When I ask for help, I get excuses.. shipping label already printed?... crap, print a new one and get it here tomorrow, that is what Fedex is good at.  Will not use you again. --George Stark

The letter is ordered were perfectly cut, no burrs and no surface rust. The BIG wait was extremely short unlike other manufacturers. I used these letters on my 2021 bronco rock slides.

I ordered lettering in 2017 for several farm product signs (chicken, honey, etc.), which I attached to a roadside post by our driveway. The letters and wooden 4x24" signs they went on were in our farm colors. Some of the signs have been up the entire time, and not one has faded or disintegrated in any way. I'm back to order more letters for new products, and Woodland Mfg. still has my 2017 specs in "Previous Orders." First-rate company!
