Beautiful products, great artists

We'll start off with what is positive. The letters look wonderful! They are exactly what we were looking for! Now for what is not good... When we purchases the letters, we ordered a mix of 5in and 8in acrylic letters. When they came in, the letters were about an inch or so big, so we contacted Woodland, and they made it right. We returned the letters, and received the correct size. But there were some items that were missing (punctuation). So we contacted Woodland again and they sent us the punctuation, but it was again the wrong size, about 1/4in. So we contacted them, and this time it seemed as if they didn't believe me, because "according to their files" they sent me the correct size. So I took a picture of the clearly incorrect size, and again to Woodland's credit, they made it right and sent replacements and even overnighted the items once they were manufactured. However, once again, the order was wrong. The some of the punctuation was too large (just slightly, I believe it was the 8in size rather than the 5in size) and some of the punctuation had rounded corners where it was supposed to be square. We aren't asking for a replacement, because we can certainly make it work, but it is incredibly frustrating that the order has been wrong so many times. The Customer service has been kind, and the product is quality and looks nice, however the quality control before the product leaves for the customer leaves A LOT to be desired. The two stars is for the product and customer service. Regrettably, the situation has been so frustrating I cannot justify giving any higher of a review.

Was looking for a company to make my sign letters. Found this company on the internet. Looked their web site over and decided to email them. Was great working with Julie, sent me a quote and I ordered. Letters were exactly what I needed. Will work with this company again.
