I accidentally put through my order without adding the second item I needed. I put a second order through and planned to have them combine the orders for them to save on shipping but eat the extra shipping cost myself because it was my mistake. They emailed me and added the two products together and refunded me the shipping cost for 2nd order. Fast turn around and the finished product was perfect for my needs. I absolutely love the incredible amount of options they have for anything you could need from sizing to thickness to color, font and beyond. I will definately be using them for any needs in the future! Wont even bother searching anywhere else!

Great turnaround on proofs, flexible with edits needed (after approval made--thankfully!!) and loved the finished product. Made it just in time for our event!

When I called to get a custom order the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, he answered all my questions and offered some ideas of his own that were very helpful. Woodland manufacturing has a lot to offer at a reasonable price, just give them a call. My only suggestion would be if they could somehow show more of the letter fonts on the website.

The sign you made for me turned out perfectly. I was a little sceptical ordering a custom made piece but you nailed it. It is of good quality & looks great. I can't attach a photo because it was a Christmas gift.
