I have ordered with your company for some time now and this last time was very hard to get things done. I don't care to go into detail but when I went online to order from the Quote I was sent it didn't take me anywhere. When I called I had to leave messages more than once. Took days to get my order in.

I was only giving the option for the $11.99 shipping vs free shipping for orders over $50 for example after paying over $50 for oversized shipping. Not happy about that.
