Excellent customer service, will definitely buy from them again and wanted to give this genuine review
I recently brought the new Samsung s21 ultra. I normally buy xiaomi phones from gearbest, but that website is no longer trading and everytime I smash my xiaomi phone despite using screen protectors I cant get it fixed in England which is frustrating so tried a new company wondamobile, hoping if I brought the new Samsung that has the same software (snapdragon) as the xiaomi's which I love, I could get it fixed in the UK. Wondamobile also offered the authentic Korean version of the Samsung S21 Ultra which was what I was looking for and for half almost half the price of the ones sold in the UK.
I read some reviews and was a little weary which I always am buying from abroad online however decided to give it a go because of lots of good reviews. I can honestly this company were outstanding with their customer service and wanted to give this genuine review.
So I recently brought the new Samsung s21 ultra. I brought it with the express tracking delivery, it was shipped and delivered very quickly within a week as promised on the companies website.
Upon arrival the phone arrived undamaged and well boxed. Upon unboxing the phone, unfortunately the actual device itself was faulty. it was crashing and restarting continuously for the first hour of use when I hardly even done anything with the phone. I looked this up and apparently it was a common fault with the Samsung S21 ultra's - many people were commenting on the same fault with this model and faults with the Samsung S20 series which was a concern that I only discovered when doing some research on the fault.
I took some photo's and videos and emailed wondamobile explaining the problem with some evidence attached, I was pleasantly surprised that they email back within about 10 minutes asking me to repackage the phone and gave instructions on where to post the device.
On the website they stated that if a device arrives faulty, it can be returned for a replacement or if I change my mind about any purchase and send it back within 14 days I can get a full refund.
They were very good with communication and I sent back the device, asking for a full refund as the device was faulty and explaining my worry about another Samsung possibly also being faulty due to the common nature of the fault with the Samsung s20 series.
Once they received the device, they granted me with a full refund to my credit card without hesitation.
Despite having a faulty handset, this was not the companies fault but a manufacturers fault. They handled the matter quickly, efficiently and offered exceptional customer service. They also granted me up to £30 refund towards return shipping when I enquired about this as they stated on the website they would honour up to £30 towards the shipping fee if a device had to be sent back because it was faulty ( I paid around £54 so only lost £24).
I wanted to give this detailed review as this company have been great and its always a risk purchasing online from abroad. I have decided to keep my current xiaomi for now, but when I choose to upgrade my phone in the future I can almost guarantee I will purchase it from this company. They offer amazing honest service, and many authentic phones for a much cheaper price than UK companies!
