I ordered two packages
*An Update to my last review* I ordered two packages. One from Alibaba, the other from WondaMobile, both using the same courier "FexEx". For some reason the package from Alibaba " hair" not worth anything, was delivered ahead of schedule on the 11th of October when it was due to be delivered on the 12th. The package from WondaMobile on the other hand, did not even make it to my city apparently. I was monitoring the FedEx tracking and it said "expected on the 8th of october before 12pm" when it didn't arrive I contacted WondaMobile via email and informed them of this. They gave another delivery date, monday the 11th.. How ever upon looking on the fedex tracking it said they did not have a delivery date at this time. I contacted wondamobile for a final time to request a refund and a man named 'kenneth' responded..... "If you really want to refund, we must wait for FedEx to deliver and return to HK, first" So I the customer, who purchase a phone, must wait possibly weeks or even months to receive the money I paid for my item? All because WondaMobile trusted a courier service that numerous other customers have complained about, having their packages stolen or miss handled. This is absolutely disgusting.. I will never purchase from you again nor will I recommend your business to any of my acquaintances. This is the second experience I have had with my package not being delivered. I suspect that this company has used bot farms to gain a 5 star rating on TrustPilot because there is no way with my experience this company deserves it. The response from my last review from wondamobile was as follows "Reply from Wonda Mobile 5 days ago Firstly, no one have paid to write fake reviews. Please be a reasonable person.. You order was placed on 3rd October, delivery method 7-9 WORKING days smooth delivery. Today is only the 4th working day, Please check with FedEx about the delivery, you will receive your order very soon. Hope you understand Thanks" Today is the 12th Of october 2021.. Exactly 9 days after ordering.. Still no package! So much for "7-9 WORKING days smooth delivery." In your response.
