i bought £800 phone and was given a delivery date of 13th march. then i had an emailed to say it would be 12th march, then email to say 13th, then email to say the 14th. when it didnt arrive i emailed wonda and they checked with fedex and was told Monday (3 days later). when again it didn't arrive i contacted wonda again and they looked into it, then i get a message to say it was delivered on the 13th.???? checking tracking info it says it wasn't delivered but still at depo, few emails back and forward and wonda say they did deliver it to my neighbour... something i did not authorise. i check with neighbour and a parcel was delivered but not the phone, this was a ebay parcel and when i check that tracking info it was correct. wonda then told me to make a paypal claim as they wont help any further. paypal couldnt careless and im £800 out of pocket. The tracking info was added after it hadn't arrived as you know. Plus it says it was delivered at 12pm...yet the other parcel was delivered to my neighbour at 2.38pm. it just doesn't make sense, and instead of you wonda taking responsibility it's down to me to be left short. PayPal have accepted the tracking info even though it makes no sense and I have loads of email and txt showing the live tracking and it being returned to depo. We keep going round in circles again. I authorize a cheap eBay item to be left with a neighbor, that did happen and was tracked and signed for. The phone was not to be delivered to anyone else and the tracking for this was shown as returned to depo, it wasn't til a week later they changed it to say it was delivered and at a random time. They're trying to cover themselves but it doesn't add up. I'm reviewing your service so others can make their own decisions weather or not wonda can be trusted. Before the missed delivery your service was great, you answered all my questions and I had no problem, it wasn't until you gave up and told me to make a claim that its made me think others should be aware.

Absolutely awesome company. Ordered from HK to UK, expedited delivery for £20 had the package with me in 3 days which is unbelievable & an excellent saving. I was a bit weary of bank transfer to save the extra 3% or so, but gave it a shot and worked out great. Will not hesitate to order again. Keep up the good work Wonda!

I was going to buy a Nubia Z60 Ultra from the official UK store, but they kept me hanging on for 2 weeks for the silver 12gb version to be in stock, only to tell me that it wasn't offered in the UK as 12gb, only 16gb, and they couldn't update their website to say this 😂🤦🏼‍♂️ I was wary about using Wonda Mobile, and shouldn't have been, it's been a brilliant experience. Clear website, price exactly as described. I chose "express" (£20) when I ordered Saturday evening. It just arrived Wednesday morning! Very carefully packaged, and has Google play fully installed. 30% cheaper than the official store, and no import duties or VAT charged. Highly recommended.

Ordered on Saturday and arrived on Wednesday. Costumer service reply quickly even at 1am Hong Kong time(lol). Package is triple layered bubble wrap. Overall really good initial experience for me

Do not use their services to buy a mobile phone from another country! I transferred them the full payment for a Samsung S24 Ultra as directed by their automated system email and then received an email days later saying that their Japan Account doesn't accept direct deposit anymore. I have still not got my money back and it's been 6 days now. Terrible service. Wouldn't recommend.

Original product genuine company and very understanding bought 2 xiaomi 14 pro from them black and green in UK each around 1299 got from them less then half price same product evern better specs yes Chinese version but who cares when language can be changed and price is less then half from your own region and plus 5 days max shipping. Brilliant.

I waited 2 months after purchasing a phone from another company (which I won't name here) that I ended up not receiving after all (I requested a full refund from PayPal). Then, in literally 4 days, I bought and received the same phone from Wonda. Everything was finally smooth and rewarding. Thank you guys!

Ich habe am 23. 2 per Überweisung für über 1000 Euro ein Oppo Find X 7 Ultra bestellt. Auf das angegebene dänische Bankkonto für Überweisungen, welches bei Wonda auf der Webseite steht. Stand aktuell 25. März, Geld trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nie angekommen, Wonda hat Bestellung storniert, obwohl meine Bank mir heute schriftlich bestätigt hat, dass das Geld auf dem Konto von wonda eingegangen ist. Das stinkt gewaltig. Von wonda kommt immer nur" wir überprüfen das", es klärt sich aber nicht auf

In genere faccio poche recensioni, ma per questo E-commerce mi sento in "dovere" di farlo , sia per loro , per la serietà , la "vicinanza" nel seguire determinati passaggi e nello sbrogliare un MIO problema , dovuto alla carta di credito che il sistema non accettava . Tempi di attesa per ricevere il prodotto (galaxy s24 con snapdragon) (che altrimenti non si trova ne in Italia e nemmeno nel resto dell'Europa) pari a quelli Nazionali , ovvero ordine effettuato il giorno 15 di marzo e ricevuto il giorno 21 di marzo , (con la domenica per mezzo) ma solo perchè ho scelto l'invio standard . Confezione anti shock con tripla protezione , anti acqua , anti frode ... Smartphone perfetto e inscatolato con sigilli integri , quindi nuovo di zecca ... perfetto ... Faccio oggi la recensione , perchè ho voltuto testarlo in tutte le sue potenzialità , e assolutamente è impeccabile. Prezzo al di sotto della media e dal prezzo "consigliato" . Un solo neo , la garanzia , che è di 12 mesi anzichè 24 .. ma se avrà la stessa durata qualitativa del mio S8 (ancora funzionante) che ha 8 anni e va che è una scheggia , il problema non si pone. Pubblico queste mie quattro righe per chi è titubante sul da farsi (ammetto , lo ero anche io .. la cifra era importante , inutile non ammetterlo) ma davvero NULLA da dire. Spedito con FedEx fino in Francia , e poi consegnato dalla TNT .. Tutto tracciato e tracciabile con un link inviato sulla mia mail a spedizione avvenuta. ... e non abito in città . Ringrazio @WONDAmobile per tutto il suo impegno. Affidatevi senza riserve alle modalità d'acquisto .

Ho acquistato questo prodotto circa due mesi fa e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla rapidità della spedizione e dalla bontà del dispositivo. Ho dovuto pagare lo sdoganamento per la ricezione del pacco, ma una volta inviata la ricevuta del pagamento, mi hanno subito rimborsato il costo tramite il metodo di pagamento utilizzato (PayPal). Con la spedizione premium tramite DHL, il telefono ha impiegato circa 6 giorni per arrivare a destinazione; inoltre ci vogliono un paio di giorni ulteriori per la preparazione del pacco. Comunque tutti i tempi sono stati rispettati come chiaramente scritto sul sito e-commerce. Sito altamente affidabile, prezzi più bassi rispetto agli altri siti di e-commerce cinesi e pagamenti sicuri. Infine ho risparmiato ulteriori 150 euro rispetto alla versione globale disponibile sempre sul loro sito, acquistando la variante cinese la quale funziona benissimo ed è la migliore sia in termini di prestazioni e soprattutto come capacità di archiviazione (ha le dram leggermente più veloci e 1 TB di spazio di memorizzazione rispetto alle altre varianti dello stesso modello). Sicuramente consiglio questo sito per !'acquisto di smartphone di punta cinesi ai migliori prezzi disponibili sul web.

Ordered an Oppo Find X7 Ultra with Chinese ROM, and was initially disappointed on their slow shipping speed, but after contacting their support, they explained that the shipment coming in was delayed and refunded me 15€. The phone was shipped on Friday (exactly 1 week after ordering) and i got the phone in Finland on the next Monday, so i was really happy about that! No extra hassle, phone was delivered to my door, came with Play Store pre-installed and works like a charm.

Amazing fast post, I ordered a Oppo find x7 ultra express to the UK on Wednesday night, and it arrived at my house the following Monday morning.. I'm actually still in shock how fast it got here. I paid via bank transfer for the discount, and it worked out about 130 pounds cheaper that Trading Shenzhen! Really fantastic service, the device itself is the best piece of technology I've ever used, a massive upgrade in everyway from my old Samsung s22 ultra (exynos). Absolutely thrilled to bits thanks again
