I was in Japan for a holiday the website responded to email queries very fast originally bought a honor magic v2, and changed my mind the next day a Saturday they changed it to a xiaomi Mix fold 3 I was concerned about Google apps being a problem for me. They made the switch on a Saturday real quick refunded the difference shipped on Monday late morning arrived on Wednesday at 8am with DHL, the phone had been oneped for activation and was debloated of all the pre installed junk. I'm pretty happy in contrast with my last Chinese phone order experience from giztop where despite paying for DHL express shipping I waited 2 weeks.

I ordered the Xiaomi 13 Ultra Global edition, so far the phone is behaving well. I checked it on xiaomi, based on the IMEI, and it is the official global version. The package arrived with small deformations at the corners of the cardboard package. Inside, everything was fine, nothing broken. The package came fully sealed with an EU adapter. The delivery was made in 7 days, quite fast considering that it came from Hong Kong to Europe. I am very satisfied with the services provided
Ordered Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 on Friday 26.9 and received on 30.9 to my Qatar address in perfect condition, factory sealed, excellent. The kind people provided even a free power adaptor for Qatar Power socket standard THANK YOU for the nice gesture. Puhelin tilattu Suomeen heinäkuussa 2023 perjantai-iltana. Paketin sain Kiinasta itselleni seuraavana perjantaina (torstaina oli jo ensimmäinen jakelu-yritys). Toimitus erittäin nopea, ainoa negatiivinen puoli oli FedExin käyttö, mikä osoittautui jälleen kerran hankalaksi toimittajaksi, kun paketti saapui Suomeen. My 2nd order from Wonda Mobile was another good experience. The phone is exactly as described, a global model, and with a charger in the box. Had a little issue with FedEx delivery, but ultimately all ended well.

Phone arrived in perfect condition and delivery was very quick considering the time needed for the phone to be unlocked and flashed with an EU ROM. Wonda's communication was excellent with all of my email queries handled very efficiently. I highly recommend Wonda Mobile.

Ordering was a smooth experience, price was competitive and delivery very quick (3 working days to Australia) but it was Wonda's customer support that impressed me the most. My device worked right out of the box but after I plugged in to charge something went wrong and the device would no longer turn on. I was concerned I might not see a replacement or refund but I emailed to explain and after returning the faulty device have received a working replacement just as quick as the first one. Very happy !
