Convience of it all is good

They were direct with the questionnaire only asking questions that was relevant to processing what my goal was INSURANCE... quick with the processing questions, payment, etc etc.

I can pay as I go when I need it it's there for the days I yes my car and when I am not using my car I don't have to pay for the days I don't use the car and I can turn it on and off when I need to and there's no problem with it

I was canceled due to my pay coming 2 days later than my policy was due. I checked into some different companies and decided to get Hugo so far no problem.

All in all the experience was fantastic. The rates are higher than I expected but the convenience made up for it!

How easy it was to get everything done

Bought insurance with Hugo after saving up money to buy a car because my previous vehicle's engine seized and I couldn't afford to get it fixed or buy another car, that being said, I turned in my tag to keep from having my license cancel because I couldn't even afford to pay for non-operational insurance to keep continuous coverage. I had been with State Farm over 2 years, I'm very appreciative to Hugo.

I don’t drive my vehicle every day, sometimes not even every week, so I love the flexibility of only paying for days I actually need insurance to drive. I was so happy with Hugo that I recommended it to my parents. They have an “extra” car that hardly ever gets driven, but they don’t want to get rid of right now. It mostly sits with a car cover on it, so I told them about Hugo. By using Hugo’s “as needed” insurance, they are able to keep the registration up without shelling out money for six months or a year of insurance for a car they never drive.
