Summer was very patient with me regarding the sensible situation that my members of family were involved.

Very impressed so far with how quickly and efficiently Emma has handled my claim. She was very reassuring and warm at a very stressful time while still handling all the legal terminology. She made sure I understood my options and got a lot of stuff sorted the day after the incident.
