Recently, I placed an order for a very special occasion, and as I currently reside outside of India, it was crucial for me to have a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite my anticipation and careful planning, the service provided by your website fell short of expectations. The reliability I had hoped for was absent, and the overall experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer who values efficiency and reliability, it is disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when the occasion was of significant importance. Absolutely atrocious service from winni. Despite informing them in advance about the need to cancel my order due to my friend's absence, they completely ignored my request and failed to deliver the cake as promised. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication are utterly disappointing. I would strongly advise against using this company for any future orders. Zero stars if I could.

Beware of this company for the poor customer service- I must say the worst I have seen in my life. I have sent a birthday cake today. I made a mistake entering the cell number even though the address was correct. They have sent a notification at 1 AM ( I was sleeping) that order could not be completed because of incorrect phone number. I woke up at 4 AM, spoke with their customer support- that lady was shouting at me and hung up the phone. She asked for additional 150 rupees, which I agreed but the payment link was broken. She said a QR code will be sent and I need to wait and hung up on me. The QR code link was also broken. I had to call 3 times and finally they agreed to resend the delivery without charge. Question is - why cell phone is mandatory for the delivery? The address should be the key here. What if someone does not have a phone? Secondly, why there is such aggressive behavior from the customer care executive? Are the really caring for the customer. I was awake since 4 AM to deal with them and I am not going to use their service in future- never ever!!!
The worst thing I did was to order a bouquet and cake for my husband’s birthday with Winni. The bouquet was nowhere close to what was in the picture. I ordered pink roses and they gave me yellow and white stating they do not have fresh pink roses. The roses were so old that even after keeping the bouquet in water they were gone in 4 hours. When I opened the bouquet up thinking the stems might be short, the flowers were actually very old. I tried talking to the chat help they have and also called customer service, they refused to do anything about it until I share the photo of the bouquet “when it was delivered”. Even after sharing the photo of the bouquet when it was opened up(with dry leaves and old roses), they refused to accept the feedback! Please take a photo of anything from Winni once you get the order, as you can rest assured that your money is going to go down the drain and you can end up chasing them with this photo!
Hi, The kind of business model what Winni cakes is having only foolishing the consumers. While, ordering the cake promised to me able to deliver it in 2hrs itself. But, the moment tracking the order in Winni application, it was already out of delivery. But it has been given to the delivery person 1:30 hrs later from it. Until or unless the delivery person is calling you, won't be able to find their contact details at any where. That is the main trick what they are following it and making us to keep checking the mobile if we get any call or not. Please do not place order over this app at anymore. It is not a customer service based business. I'll give the "0" rating for their business model and services.
Ordered a cake and flowers for my moms Birthday , cake was just ok and the flowers weren’t even fresh , didn’t even last a day and the petals were falling off , that would be my first and last order , complete waste of money !!
Even after paying exorbitant price for flowers, i get a message at the end of the day order will not be delivered. On top of this, no possibility to cancel or refund. I wish there is a possibility to give negative stars. Complete sham!!
Today I ordered a cake, a Bouquets, and a birthday a mug for my wife's birthday! I ordered it from abroad to be delivered to Kolkata. This guy did not deliver the mug and did not report missing items. When I called them from abroad, they held the line for long and misbehaved with me when I wanted to report fraud. Now they are saying that they will refund or deliver missing item. They also mentioned that they emailed me about the missing item but it’s not true. My question is why they confirmed full delivery where they did not deliver all the item and misbehaving when a customer call to report the monkey business. The quality of the flower and cake was very bad. They do not send for reviews with this type of monkey business and there is no option to write review unless they allow. It shows that it is part of their business technique. The show reviews only good deliveries. I am attaching screen short of delivery update.
Very poor service. Your delivery boy was very rude. He demanded to come to his place for pickup. Than why the hell you take money for delivery.
Ordered a cake received a very poor quality of cake. Also ordered was anniversary card for the occasion for my parents they sent a lovers card and when asked why did they sent that they reply that it's similar occasions.. I think they are not educated enough to read the wording not satisfied
**Review for Winni Cake:** ⭐️ I ordered a 1kg cake from Winni for a special occasion, but to my dismay, only received half the size. Upon reaching out to their customer service, instead of offering a solution, they asked me to weigh the cake and send it back to them! This is utterly disappointing and unacceptable. A birthday celebration should be joyful, not marred by such unnecessary hassle. Extremely disappointed with the service.
Worst customer service, i have ordered for a surprise for my better half on Valentine Day and they have messed up the entire thing, they spoiled the surprise by calling my wife secondly, after she informing them where to come they kept up a notice stating attempted service delivery but failed at receiver end which is trash. Winni is there is earn fast bucks and their customer service sucks would not refer winni to anyone...
Worst service ever. Not first time actually.. first time we thought they may be tried and would have made mistake. First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn’t delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery. Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine’s Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them.. this company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.. I never recommend this company to anyone… worst service ever. Items ordered and what they delivered is attached.

I paid 249 rs for express delivery in 2 hours. They did not deliver. Noone was available for customer service. None of call numbers working. Horrible.
I had a terrible experience with an order I placed this morning at 10 AM. My order ID is 402143841810. The seller's portal showed that it was delivered at 9:37 PM, but I did not receive the product. Furthermore, some products were missing and the one I did receive was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one answered or responded. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. It seems like they are engaging in fraudulent activities.
