I tried alternative of Ferns and Petals, i thought winni would be great choice, they ruined my motherds day..!! 14th May is the Mothers day but these Unprofessionals are trying to deliver on 15th May. They literallary ruin the someone's emotions.
Pathetic experience. I placed a order at 2.12 pm for the occasion of mothers day (order no 305143279) at the pin code 201012 for same day delivery. Its showing that order was ready by 2.32 pm but went out for delivery at 8.43pm but till now its 12.00 am it not been delivered. I missed sending cake to my mom on mother's day. I tried winni first time and really pathetic. Not recommend to any one.
Pathetic, worst experience ever. Delivered hours late and flowers are completely dry and wasted. Worst service ever! Better to not buy flowers, but don't ever buy from them, you'll regret like anything, and lose all your money
I ordered first time from Winni and i am very very dissatisfied from the item received and also the behaviour of customer care. I ordered item named "My Beautiful Mother Oil Painting Art" from winni. But i got soft copy only while i order for photo frame. The "soft copy" option was selected by default and there must be a prompt saying that "soft copy is selected and you will get soft copy only" before proceeding the next window. I asked for refund but did not get any response back. Here are so many reasons for not using winni. 1. i ordered for Photo Frame and i got Soft copy only and 2. The quality of softcopy is crap. Its like someone used photoshop and just changed background to animated. No creativity is used. Not one percent good as compared to sample painting. 3. How can "Oil Painting Art" be a soft copy. where are Oil and Art used here. 4. For Soft copy how on earth you can ask for INR 1400. Its very low quality and 5 minutes photoshop work which anyone can do for free.
Pathetic experience. While placing order, website said same day delivery possible (order no 305083254014) at the pin code 723102. Few hours later they communicated that delivery not possible for that pin code. I missed sending flowers on my mother's birthday :-(
They are mentioned is free delivery but when u go for payment process delivery free 200, convenience fee 100, so Frnds make ur order through a familiar shops not like this online company. Even we cannot expect the cake will be deliver or not. Winni is a worst don’t get fooled on a special day.
A simple half kg butterscotch cake they delivered was stinking like hell. We raised complains but they didnt gave any resolution. They charged additional Rs 200 for delivery and cake was priced at 800. An Absolute nonsense and third quality cake +service. Pathetic it it. Please stop using services from Winni.

Highly unprofessional. Their vendor forgot to send cake and after lodging complain hurriedly sent to tell us that his relative has expired. Meanwhile Winni chat support was busy cross checking and harrasing me instead of their vendor.Omce they het the money, they don't give a darn about service and quality of products.

Fraudulent company- avoid! Placed order for flowers and cake at a cost of ₹3200 on the 19th of March and paid extra for same day delivery. The items were never received. The company claims that delivery was attempted without success on 3 occasions and therefore the order is classed as complete as fare as it's concerned. In the end, I did not receive the goods I ordered and no refund. This is blatant fraud and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company like the plague.
Don't never order cake from this website They are fake. I ordered cake for my wifes Bday. They delivered very cheap cake with bad smell. Don't spoil your special day with this cheaters.
Winni is a fraud company. They delivered a flower plant 3 days after the expected day. The delivered plant was completely dried. Both of their customer care numbers were unreachable. When a complaint is raised on chat, they keep giving ETA, but there is no revert after the ETA is gone. They do not even send an email to acknowledge the complaint, no complaint number is shared. Standard response: "I will share your complaint to the team I request you to please wait for some time we will notify you." No definition of some time here. Very poor company, never order from here.

I ordered cake and flowers on 13 th of feb for deliver on 14th of February 1st of all it did not arrive on 14 it arrived on 15th of February and cake was all smashed and not kept in refrigerator roses were not fresh either. I raise a complaint with the winni team and send cake pictures aswell but no response. Very bad experience with this website. Just don’t go on this website or app to waste you money. I am giving only 1 star because there is nothing in minus other wise I will give them -100 points.

I order Cake for this Website, on 14 Feb for Pune Location, but delivered on 15 Feb, or customer care no.always busy, many time I try to connect the customer care no. But it's always show busy on another no. Or one more thing it's shows that delivered but where it delivered I don't know, I already raised ticket to cancel my order, but no response. Worst app, don't use please 😡 waste money, no refund , no delivered order.
