Beware of this company for the poor…
Beware of this company for the poor customer service- I must say the worst I have seen in my life. I have sent a birthday cake today. I made a mistake entering the cell number even though the address was correct. They have sent a notification at 1 AM ( I was sleeping) that order could not be completed because of incorrect phone number. I woke up at 4 AM, spoke with their customer support- that lady was shouting at me and hung up the phone. She asked for additional 150 rupees, which I agreed but the payment link was broken. She said a QR code will be sent and I need to wait and hung up on me. The QR code link was also broken. I had to call 3 times and finally they agreed to resend the delivery without charge. Question is - why cell phone is mandatory for the delivery? The address should be the key here. What if someone does not have a phone? Secondly, why there is such aggressive behavior from the customer care executive? Are the really caring for the customer. I was awake since 4 AM to deal with them and I am not going to use their service in future- never ever!!!
