Absolutely atrocious service from winni. Despite informing them in advance about the need to cancel my order due to my friend's absence, they completely ignored my request and failed to deliver the cake as promised. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication are utterly disappointing. I would strongly advise against using this company for any future orders. Zero stars if I could.
