I dont want to give even one star also. I ordered birthday cake to surprise my twin daughters.. I have mentioned in personal mesage to write happy birthday to my Daughters Siya and Riya. They delivered birthday cake without text. How it possible?birthday cake without name.if they have doubt they can ask and confirm. I never imagined this could happen. This is really a great surprise by winni to me. While ordering if you miss any step they wiill guide us through mail to how to go but after payment they dont bother about service. Worst experience. This is first and last order. I never use this site for future anyway.

This is the worst experience i have ever had with Winni.... At first when i ordered the cake online it was suppose to be delivered next day and they did give a call to my wife ... just because she was busy and couldnt pick the call ... Winni support team mailed me saying We waited for half hour at the location but got no response, hence your order has returned. We will not be able to deliver it again.If you wants to re deliver this order, then as Winni T&C, There will be re delivery charges of 150 rs/- applicable, else Your order will be treated as completed from our backed team.(No Refund applicable such cases.) The above was the email sent... It means that the order stands cancelled if i dont pay them 150 Rs.... I mean really??? u guys are so shamelessly begging to mint money??? just because the recipient couldnt answer your call??? Also imagine the height of nonsense... i had specifically mentioned to pls mention on cake happy birthday with her name which they also fail to do so... i mean this is such stupidity that your sending someone a cake and u just mention Happy Birthday and the person name is missing!!!! I wont ever in my life order again from Winni and i wont recommend anyone too... They just need money for nothing.

if only giving 0 stars were a option. I ordered like 4 things and not a single one of them were right. 1. who doesn't write "happy" on happy birthday cake. 2. i paid extra midnight delivery and it got delivered 9pm. 3. I ordered roses with chocolate in them instead got glittered flowers ( no chocolate). 4. if u try contacting customer service it's a waste of ur time. I've been trying to talk a someone there for 3 days now and no help. I got screenshot full of the same questions again and again. and no help. Was my first, and will be my last experience ordering with them. usefully company and a full waste of time..

I have ordered a mochatine cake and received the same cake but it looks clumsy. Decoration got messed

Most unreliable website. I ordered a Moon Love Lamp. Instead of 26th December as promised, the delivery came on 2nd January. The lamp glowed an ugly RED colour instead of yellow. I complained to the customer service. He said please send the photo. He said "We are deliver this asper the order only, as I have checked we delivered you as same product." This is RIDICULOUS!

The order got cancelled by Winnie and now they are making excuses to return my money. Every time they are saying in 5-7 days. No manager ready to talk or solve our issue.

Bunch of scamsters, never order anything from this website. Last year i ordered a cake for my friend to be delivered on his birthday. Winni.in with its excellent service managed to deliver it 2 days late. Also, not to mention the cake was stale, non edible. My friend decided to to accept the delivery and return the order. I decided to call their call center and complain about it. However, they dont even know what customer service is, there was no response and no refund from them. I tried to reach out to them on fb and other platforms but again no reply. So as an advise, never order from them. Ferns n petals is much better and authentic

Worst service, my order was never delivered on the birthday of the recipient and I was falsely sent successful delivery email. Complete fraudster company, pls stay away and use better websites.

Worst experience. Delivery delayed for a day though I paid 250 in addition for delivery. The company should change the name to “Winni ruin relatations”

Worst service . They wont reply if they reply they wont keep their words . If you order cake for new year 2021 they will do delivery after a decade and its pity that they blame the partners .A completely disgusting customer service . Dont use this app , It will make ur suprise plans fall into garbage

Highly unprofessional did not write message on the cake on 25th dec tried to justify ,again today for a new order on 1st jan 2020 tried to deliver a cake without message written on the cake i refused they said money will not be refunded rude and unprofessional.stay away

Worst experience. Charged 100rs for 1 small candle and not mentioned wishes message on cake. Not sure why they are doing this kind of fraud business.

I had a great experience with Manpreet Kaur from the support team and they willingly changed the personal message on a card for me. I was immediately able to verify the change made was accurate.

I ordered twice with winni.in for a birthday and a wedding. Both were delivered as per schedule. After I got scammed with myflowergift.com I ordered with winni.in and it was all done perfect. Although the cake I ordered was slightly different as shown while ordering, it am still okay to give 5 star as it was delivered on time.

In the business of conning people. They mentioned Plum on header and when you receive the cake, there is nothing of Plum in there. Shameless folks even refuse to refund despite admitting it’s not a plum cake.
