Worst site to ever order a cake from. The deadline for delivery was 2 pm and at 1.40 pm i was called and told the cake was not available. Rude and impolite customer care executives. They hung up the call while i was still talking. The vendor delivering it in gangtok was very professional. Cake was not the same as in the picture but was delicious. Thanks to the Vendor in gangtok and not these unprofessional bunch of losers. The cake was delivered at 7 pm instead of 2 pm.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I ordered flowers for mothers day (14 March). Since my mothers favourite flowers were not available on sunday, i ordered it on monday (15 march) for same day delivery. The value was 1,473 Indian rupees. The delivery person rang my mother at 9pm and asked if he could come to deliver for which she said "no" as it would have been 9.45pm which was too late to accept flowers. Further, she is over 70 and was unwell so could not wait that longer. On 16 March i received an email from Winni.in saying that my flowers were delivered and the order is complete. I proudly contacted my mum to ask if she liked the flowers. She said that no one came and delivered flowers on 16 March. I contacted the chat and confronted that the flowers were not delivered and why did i receive the email that the order was delivered and complete. Then they used the following excuses 1. My mother did not answer the telephone (actually she did) 2. The flower died (yes they actually said this) 3. As sender they said they rang me as well (no they did not and can prove with my phone log) They did not have any more excuses so i asked either for a full refund or to resend the flowers and card. Then they stopped responding the chat and left me hung in the chat for over 3 hours. The customer agent names were Sandeep, Neha and Sharma and another lady whose name i did not remember. So, it is clear that this is how the commit the fraud and cheat thousands of customers a day. 1. They say the receiver did not pick up the phone or did not accept the flowers. They do not even attempt to deliver 2. Then they send you an email that the flowers are delivered and that the order is complete. Most of us give up at this time as it is difficult to contact the company and get through chat/phone lines 3. If you still persevere and contact them (by wasting hours of your time) they hang you up With these 3 well proven steps they commit this blatant fraud every day for thousands of transactions and pocket the money. So, do not use them. I wish trustpilot will allow us to upload a photo or print screen of the chat so that the evidence is for all to see. So avoid these fraudsters who scam so many genuine people. They have spoiled the pleasant surprise and love that i wanted to offer my mum.

This is a Fraud company. I am from Canada and don't trust this company to send your loved ones any gift from North America or europe to India. Maybe there service is acceptable if you are living in india. In my case, for Valentine's day they first of charged me additional delivery fee. These people then emailed me saying your gift delivered but in reality they didnt. When contacted a day after by my loved one living in India they said sorry due to Valentine's day rush and delay they could not deliver and will try to deliver within 2 days. Then again they said delivered but actually did not. While this is going on they kept saying they are trying their best and apologize and just playing games of delaying. Finally I said no need to deliver because it's already past Valentine's day and it's worthless and the surprise to my loved one is gone already as she has been trying to reach them and took days to talk to someone. So when I demanded to cancel and refund they said, the intended recipient did not pick up the phone and as a result cannot refund. What a big lie. I'm so mad, I am going to report them to online fraud reporting in Canada.

This is pathetic site, guys Whoever ordering be aware. Charging 950rs for bouquet and lucky plant, I received dead plant and 8flowers in a bouquet in polythene cover. The support number which is updated is never connected I tired for three days, later on 5th day number got connected and support team members argued that is how they deliver, I had sent them pictures they say it looks perfect. Please DON'T Order from this company and be aware of this fraud company called WINNI. I tried to contact them in Facebook after 7th day they responded, when I escalated they have never responded. BE AWARE ON WHAT YOU GIFT, NEVER REACHES ONTIME AND WITH EXPECTED PRODUCTS. Soumya

Very Very Bad!! I have never seen a worse Customer Care than this company. I ordered a product for my wife which was supposed to be delivered by 15th February and now I am getting a mail that it may be delivered on 22nd February. The worst part of all this is The Winni Team doesn't even care or have the courtesy to follow up and apologize. After repeated Mails and several calls, they answer the same way, which they follow from a Template. It was a big mistake from my part to order from them. Will not make the mistake again
Ordered a rose bouquet from this fraud site for a friend's birthday. Selected timing as 3-6pm and guess what they were delivered at 10.30 pm when the birthday was almost over. I called them multiple times since 6pm to track and then to cancel but they forced the delivery even after giving cancellation requests. They had zero decoration and they only delivered old roses that too 17 out of 20. When complained and requested refund said we can give you sixty rs like a beggar for three roses but nothing else can be done. Then said we will deliver pending three roses next day. I have never felt so embarrassed infront of my friends. They said 2-6pm means standard delivery which means same day anytime due to chocolate day but nothing waS mentioned while placing the order. The customer care is so dumb and keeps saying 2-6 pm doesnt mean it will be deliver on that time. Refuses to cancel an undelivered order and after delivering wrong thing they have the Audacity to tell me take refund of three roses like we are some beggars
Worst service i have faced ever. They don't have any tracking facility. They promise to deliver in 2 Hrs. but they will deliver in end of the day or may be they will not deliver.

Dont order for cake in madurai. They got a cheating bakery who never delivers the cake and claims they called no response. Reciever didnt accept. Order was with egg and reciever asked for eggless... All such nonsense they make. I was totally frustrated and the customer service always wants to prove they are right always and never wanted to understand customers issue. The worst experience one can face on a much awaited birthday of my daughter. Ordered a cake well before the delivery date & got an email confirmation that order will be delivered by 3 PM on 14th Feb. After a futile wait & trying to call/chat/email with their customer care no response. Finally went to a local bakery and bought a simple cake. Big embarrassment in front of guests & daughter's friends as she was expecting a photo cake & the party was supposed to start at 5 PM. To our surprise we got a notification at next day that cake has been delivered. After repeated calls and mail finally got hold of a (Pseudo) customer care agent who sounded like a pre programmed tape recorder who casually tried "apologising" to end the conversation. One of the guys even offered to get it delivered on 17th Feb !!! Are you people insane, don't you follow simple human logic that if a birthday cake is ordered it has to be delivered on that date only, & not offer delivery after 3-4 days. I have faced similar treatment in October last year. Heads up to all those people who don't have a bakery shop nearby as they will ditch you for sure, guys pls don't trust these jokers as they do not value you as a consumer who spends his hard earned money for their loved ones on a very special day celebrated only once a year that too for a kid aged 5 years. Here follows a automated reply that they apologise blah blah blah.... And to contact their Pseudo agents for problem redressal
