This is the worst experience i have…
This is the worst experience i have ever had with Winni.... At first when i ordered the cake online it was suppose to be delivered next day and they did give a call to my wife ... just because she was busy and couldnt pick the call ... Winni support team mailed me saying We waited for half hour at the location but got no response, hence your order has returned. We will not be able to deliver it again.If you wants to re deliver this order, then as Winni T&C, There will be re delivery charges of 150 rs/- applicable, else Your order will be treated as completed from our backed team.(No Refund applicable such cases.) The above was the email sent... It means that the order stands cancelled if i dont pay them 150 Rs.... I mean really??? u guys are so shamelessly begging to mint money??? just because the recipient couldnt answer your call??? Also imagine the height of nonsense... i had specifically mentioned to pls mention on cake happy birthday with her name which they also fail to do so... i mean this is such stupidity that your sending someone a cake and u just mention Happy Birthday and the person name is missing!!!! I wont ever in my life order again from Winni and i wont recommend anyone too... They just need money for nothing.
