Never Ever Trust WINNI, Its a disastrous website, you pay more for any fancy cake, but they will deliver some other normal cake, telling that all the chocolate cakes are same, whether its black forest or chocolate toothsome!! I also ordered plant once, they delivered a dead plant, Better you chose ferns and petals and for plants you can choose Ugaoo, which is an excellent service for plant delivery. When we contact the customer care for the dead plant they said, ------------------------------------------------- This Email is regarding the complaint about the above mentioned Order. As we have been confirmed that, there was re delivery completed of the ordered Plant. We are unable to find any issue in the delivered Plant. We are very sorry for the Inconvenience, We would like to request you please follow the below care Instructions . It will be in good condition within 4- 5 days. Keep plants in medium light locations, out of direct sunlight. Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light. Plant soil should be kept moist at all times. Be careful to avoid overwatering. Do not allow plants to stand in water. Avoid wetting plant leaves excessively. A spray of water should help in case of flowering plants. Plants should be kept in a cool spot (between 18-28°C). Discusting service. I ordered a surprise cake for my friend who is very close to my heart and got very disappointed with the service i was provided. I ordered a cake two time on the time slot of 2 pm to 6 pm. First time they cancel the order from their end. The reason was they didnt pick up the call even without calling the sender. The second time they have gone too far they sent a message of successful delivery which was never recieved my friend. And when i call the vendor, he misbehaved with me saying what can i do if your friend didnt pick the call … how foolish that vendor is …. I had a very bad experience with winni. I will never ever order anything from them . And i also suggest all of you to never ever place the order from winni because this is gonna be disheartening for you ….. Though it is not a fake review, i am sharing my order id which is 107131709342. I am just expecting a apology from winni’s CEO and dont ever let that happen with any of your customer. I am no longer your customer now.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet of ferror rocher. Look at what they show n what they sent. I was told by customer care since these are also 16 pcs so product is same. They are cheats.

Cheaters and crooks, I ordered a cake and bouquet for my friend's birthday in Mangalore and was shocked to see the miserable cake and bouquet, totally different from the photo and delivered at 02:30 pm after reminder. Please do not get carried away by the marketing strategy.These people are just fooling us . Go for tried and true local products.

I was impressed with the positive reviews of this company on their website. I have now come to realise that there were a lot of fake reviews. Ordered cake and flowers for my sister's wedding anniversary. They were delivered on time but the flowers were dried and lifeless. The cake was also nothing to rave about. Contacted customer service within 4 days to be told that I have not raised the complaint within the 'time-frame'. Nowhere in their website have they mentioned this. Disappointed thoroughly. Will never do business with them again.

Very poor service. I ordered cake on father’s day and got very disappointed with the service i was provided. Firstly, the delivery was too late wherein it was supposed to be done before 2:00 pm and then it was delivered to I don’t whom because I received email that my cake has been successfully delivered. Its very really really disappointing that all this happened when I ordered cake for my father as a celebration of Father’s Day.

I ordered the cake and it was the worst. The picture shown in the website in this and what I received is totally different. The flowers are not decorated finishing is so dirty. And you guys don't even respond to calls.

No one replied to emails, attended calls or responded to chats online. The order was marked as “processing” for hours and it didn’t get delivered. It seems like they are running a scam

First of all they are looting your money by name of premium cake. Quality of cake is just average and charges for that is almost double. Don’t purchase anything from this winni site, you will find better quality of cakes from your local shop.

How many day I want to wait for the cake very worst

They won't reply and won't deliver even after the time agreed. Poorest service!

Ordered Birthday cake and time slot for delivery is 9am to 3pm. Did not receive the product, after the long wait for almost 30 mins, connected to Customer support by 4pm. They said, they were unable to deliver to the address. No answer from them for the question, why did you accept my order? And, they are telling that can deliver next day. Pathetic and playing with emotions.
