Winni is a fraud company, bad experience, bad product quality
Winni is a fraud company. They delivered a flower plant 3 days after the expected day. The delivered plant was completely dried. Both of their customer care numbers were unreachable. When a complaint is raised on chat, they keep giving ETA, but there is no revert after the ETA is gone. They do not even send an email to acknowledge the complaint, no complaint number is shared. Standard response: "I will share your complaint to the team I request you to please wait for some time we will notify you." No definition of some time here. Very poor company, never order from here.
