Worst services They are giving suarity to deliver in 2hours it till 1day not deliver the suff not even cancellation policy is there.Customer care no always busy and even if they received a call they give time they deliverd but actual product still not deliver i thing its a scam to cheat people and money from them never ever this site for online

This is a worst website. I have ordered the cake but it was not delivered on the day it was ordered. They didn't deliver the order on 14- Feb yet sent the mail that order is successfully delivered. Contact number mentioned in the website is always busy and nobody is there to solve our query. After complaining to many places, they delivered the cake on 15-Feb that to of worst quality. Kindly don't order anything from this website. Nobody will guide you about your orders.

One of the worstest online delivery sercvice ever faced in my life. I had paid an extra amount for express delivery for the specific time i.e 10am to 2pm but they didn't delivered on that time slot but instead at 1145pm. Really waste of money to these fools. Worst online services they are providing. And even when i called them to complaint these mother f***** are not responding properly plus they dont even reply to my mails or messages. Please avoid Winni.in and dont fool yourself guys. Hope this website shuts down soon....

Seems i have been scammed as missed checking existing review comments for them , no delivery of my item since 2 days where they claimed to deliver in 2 hr and no response or tracking for the same

DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE. I thought only I was being fooled, LOL. So many people haven't got their order yet, don't know whom the hell are there delivery guys delivering the order to! I ordered the product yesterday with delivery time between 10-2PM. Its 9PM I am writing the review. They have kept the customer care number BUSY since morning. Service is terrible, expensive, and stressful without the opportunity to surprise a loved one.

Worst experience. All the orders delivered are either broken or with the wrong names/messages, and no replacements. And one order is not at all delivered. If you ask them on phone they will simply disconnect. Don't use it... avoid

The guy on customer service was rude and had no phone etiquette. When asked to talk to manager, he disconnected my phone twice, unreasonable and unfair. I used to always order from Winnies- huge disappointment

I placed an order here without checking reviews and then came across this page. I was very worried whether my gift would be delivered on time. However, winni.in delivered the flowers exactly on time. Of course, it's expensive and the flower arrangement was not exactly the same as in the photo. However, the quality of service was still good. There is also a whatsapp number you can contact if needed. i thought this review would help someone amidst all these 1- star testimonials.

I had ordered a birthday gift for my husband. Morning 9-10 I placed the order because it was mentioned that it will be delivered within the day. Payment was also done, end of the day at 4 o'clock they are saying due to festival holiday order will be delivered later days. in this they have charged extra 100 for express delivery. nonsense service When I asked to cancel the order, they immediately cancelled within seconds. Even within two minutes I approached them to continue they replied cancelled. That much fast in these things. if they would inform earlier, we would have preferred a better reliable source. Such a waste of time day and money. will i get my money back?

The cake we ordered through winni.in got delivered after multiple follow ups at 9pm through standard delivery option. I had to chase the customer service agents multiple times and most of the time they were unresponsive. They were not at all empathetic and didn’t give me any approx time because of which my scheduled celebration which was planned outside got suffered and delayed and eventually I had to order cake from outside to cut. Very pathetic service provided by winni

The cake we ordered was nothing like the one on their website. The decoration was very poor and looked bad.
