Lack of communication and customer service
I have purchased 4 lockers of wine since last May and I need to purchase one more bottle to complete a 5th locker. Up until this January, I was happy with the wines and your business model. However, I am still waiting for my last complete locker which I requested to be shipped back on January 13th. Apparently, there are issues with the timing of the trucks and shipments and one bottle was damaged so the whole locker was returned. However, the only way I found out about all of this was by reaching out to you. Nobody from Winespies has kept me informed about the issues with shipping this locker. I am very concerned about the condition of the wines included in this delayed locker shipment as the wines have supposedly been sitting on a truck for almost a month. I am still waiting to hear when it will be shipped. The lack of customer service and communication is very frustrating. I need to purchase one more bottle to get free shipping on a locker. However, after that, I will have to seriously think about whether I will purchase any more bottles from your website.
