I have purchased 4 lockers of wine since last May and I need to purchase one more bottle to complete a 5th locker. Up until this January, I was happy with the wines and your business model. However, I am still waiting for my last complete locker which I requested to be shipped back on January 13th. Apparently, there are issues with the timing of the trucks and shipments and one bottle was damaged so the whole locker was returned. However, the only way I found out about all of this was by reaching out to you. Nobody from Winespies has kept me informed about the issues with shipping this locker. I am very concerned about the condition of the wines included in this delayed locker shipment as the wines have supposedly been sitting on a truck for almost a month. I am still waiting to hear when it will be shipped. The lack of customer service and communication is very frustrating. I need to purchase one more bottle to get free shipping on a locker. However, after that, I will have to seriously think about whether I will purchase any more bottles from your website.

Lovely selection, generally deals are pretty good and often do represent some of the best prices I can locate (though admittedly they often appear much greater in % reduction, meaning to say you can find very similar prices or only slightly higher prices elsewhere). My favorite part of their service is the willingness to hold your wine until you have purchased 12 bottles and then ship it without a fee. Moreover they offer temperature controlled shipping where I live, which is a big deal to me in trying to keep wine in good condition when I intend to age it for some time at home. Really great service all around and continue to recommend to people I know.

Wine selection is at very good prices and the hidden gems are a plus. But the best service is the wine locker feature. Just received my first case and am very pleased. Already working on my second.

These folks are great. They come across some great deals and will hold smaller purchases until you have enough stored to ship for free!!! No more being forced into buying 6 of something you may not like just to get free shipping!

It's a very interesting concept and I've been intrigued by it for some time. I love the options of getting some perhaps obscure region wines . . .but the absolute best thing are the Lockers. Best concept yet.

I have had four cases delivered so far and am working on my fifth! This site is fantastic for wines shipped to your home. You might not spend less on wine, but you're going to drink much better wine for the money. As a former wine distributor, I know my wines. Wine Spies offers some of the top wines from around the world, at great prices. But the little known gems they come up with is the silver lining. The wine locker feature could really be the best feature. Buy twelve bottles in any combination, over any period of time. Once you get to twelve they ship it for free!

Wines spies is a good concept, but shipping is horrible. I asked to have my locker shipped weeks ago, and nothing. I call, and go straight to voicemail! I think I’m done with wine spies! I’ll go back to Vivino, which is as good.

Just started ordering from Wine Spies and never heard of a wine locker theory before this opportunity. It works well and saves on shipping for every class purchased with discounts. Just think the discounts could be better as compared to Vivino where you can order less and still get free shipping. Also would like to have more variety to order from if possible with additional savings.

I generally have loved the wines I receive from Wine Spies. Two weeks ago, I entered an order to have a locker shipped. It has been in process since. I believe there were similar delays in the last couple orders. Initially when I ordered from Wine Spies the shipments were amazingly fast. Not sure what is causing the delay. I also noticed that the zip code was incorrect on my order (my fault, just recently moved and used the old zip). I have sent three requests to have this changed but it still shows as incorrect on the order. This adds additional delay to an already very slow shipping process.

The selection of wine is very good. Delivery is another issue. I have been waiting for over a week to get a case of wine that I purchased over the last 3 weeks.

Amazing descriptions of the wines that make them so tempting!! The best part of this whole thing is the locker system! I love being able to claim one bottle at a time and it builds the anticipation for when I hit the 12 bottles and it ships for free! I can’t wait to get there and receive my first case!

Ordered my first case and just received last night and had to open a bottle to make sure it was what was advertised and we were very happy with the first bottle and looking forward to the rest of the bottles. Also there customer service is also 5 star as I had an issue that was resolved better than expected. Great Job

I have been a member of various wine clubs for years, most of which represented more international wines than domestics. I have ordered my first four cases and anxiously awaiting. I will follow up later.

I appreciate free shipping on 12 bottles, but I really think you should give consideration to repeat buyers and reduce to 6 bottles so we can get our wine quicker

90%+ of the wine I've purchased through Wine Spies has been of very good quality. Ordering is simple and I very much like the locker arrangement where you can buy, and then wait until you have a full case before shipping.
