Great wines….should be shipped in a better box

I love everything about Wine Spies, ordering is very easy. the wine selection is great and varied. Gives an opportunity to purchase wines we might not have given a second look at. Using the locker to ship 12 bottles at no charge is awesome. I have on ocassion had to engage customer service not because of anything they did but due to questions. They have been super responsive. I have been buying from Wine Spies for over 7 years and don't have anything negative to say. Its been a great shopping experience for wine on line.

Always responsive, always have a great selection, delivery is always prompt.

Well I love the opportunity to try other wines and vineyards and find wine spies a great bargain. If an issue with a wine they stand behind their product and refund your money. Of course, you must be diligent and always check pricing .

I have been enjoying my wines from Wine Spies. I like the broad assortment of wines made available and the locker program.

First of all, anytime you pay 50% of the going price, that's a deal! I love how I can pick and choose which wines I choose and how many of each I want. There is no pressure to follow a list of do's and don'ts. My wine, although paid for immediately upon purchase, is kept in a temperature-controlled area until my case is full and I request a home delivery. What a deal!

This company is the real deal. I’ve gotten the most fabulous wine at unbelievable prices. You need to be an informed consumer and look up retail prices on your own to be sure the deal is worthwhile but 90% of the time there is excellent savings.

I haven't received my order yet but I've been dealing with WineSpies for years and I have no complaints. When there have been issues they took care of the problem and resolved above and beyond expectations.

Wine prices are great. However, I don’t believe temperature controlled shipment pricing was required yet

I've been a Wine Spies customer for many years: before the "lockers" came into existence. Love the "locker" concept; I can add a few bottles here and there over time before shipping free. Many times, when I receive a shipment, it's like Christmas, because I have forgotten what/why I chose a particular wine..so it's a surprise!!! When I look back at the description, I remember that it was either the winemaker or the area that enticed me to buy. I can honestly say that I have never received a wine that I didn't like. The very few times I may have had a problem, it was handled quickly and satisfactorily. I highly recommend this service especially for folks who don't live in an "wine saturated" area.

The daily posts showing the current wine for sale are enjoyable to read about and the fact that they have a locker and they will ship for free, once the case is full which is such a great benefit.

Canceled my order, issue refund with no explanation whatsoever. Major fail. I still don’t know what happened.

For, a senior citizen living on a fixed income, who also enjoys a glass or two with dinner, there are far too many higher priced bottles for my budget. What I have received I have very much enjoyed.

Every wine we received has been terrific. I now only wish we had ordered more bottles of the especially great ones but they have been sold out!
