I had to call to trigger the locker shipment…and apparently the address was incorrect so now I have to plan how to collect the package some other way

Price points are very fair. Wine offered is a wonderful selection. Having delivery covered is a benefit and the ability to use a "locker" is a marvelous perk.

Good wine prices, simple delivery.

The shipping and shopping are great, customer support has been good as well. I did have a problem changing quantities in my cart that cost me a wine I wanted and another time more money but all in all I’ve had a good experience.

Once I learned to mostly ignore the gushing reviews written by Wine Spies themselves and do my own research on-line, I have had better luck getting quality wines at a fair price. I especially like that they often offer wines with some age on them that would be hard to find otherwise. The locker approach is great and wines have always arrived in good shape.
