I like that Wine Spies has a locker system that lets a customer accumulate 12 bottles of wine before shipping. Many of the selections made it easy to get to 12 bottles in a relatively short period of time.

Lots of interesting and different brands you don’t see everyday! Many are excellent … some, not so much.

Awesome experience all around with wine spies. The app is easy to use and very user friendly. Being able to fill a locker and then have it shipped for free is simply the best deal around. Very pleased with my first order and have already started filling my next. Great way to get to try wines from around the world that most would never have access to.

I've been a member for a number of years. It's a great way to find new wines to sample. We belong to a few clubs and Wine Spies pushes us to try other vineyards. The reviews are very extensive and thorough, so it's easy to find bottles that will suit our preferences. And I love the locker system!! I can put one or two bottles in my locker at a time, then have it sent later for a box of 12 surprises!

I love the notes about the wines - helpful and full of enthusiasm. I also like the 'locker' concept.

What I like about WineSpies are the lockers! Also, I appreciate one price. Not one price for 1 to 11 bottles and then a savings on a case purchase. There is another online wine company that I used to purchase from regularly, but I got tired of the two different prices.

Great selections of winers at a fair price.

I’m very disappointed with my delivery experience. I was originally notified my wine shipment would be delivered Wednesday 4/24. Friday 4/26 I was notified it would be delivered today Monday 4/29. This morning I’ve been notified it will be tomorrow 4/30. Not for nothing there are a number of rather expensive bottles in this shipment that was supposedly started on Friday 4/19. Where has my wine been? Where has it been stored and under what conditions?

This is a really cool product and service. I got 12 super great wines from all over the world at a great price and never paid shipping. They arrived in great condition and I am pleased as punch. Biggest issue is I already seem to be close to getting my second locker and my wife is going to find out how much I am buying now and either limit my wine intake or force me to start buying whites too.

Have wine in cart which I can’t seem to purchase. Brought problem to website administrator’s attention on a couple of occasions. Customer service is web only; no phone number to call for assistance a BIG flaw. Shame as they have some pretty good deals. I’ll just have to take my business to WTSO or Big Hammer then….

I love the good selections of wins and great to choose. We Will continue with Wine Spies.
